Senior Project Manager, Analytics will be responsible for overseeing all facets of data & analytics technology projects for CVS Health from scope and requirements development, to direction, goal setting, resource allocation, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and communications with stakeholders and leadership in order to support business intelligence tool development, advanced analytics/machine learning projects, and data integration projects.
Have experience as an Analytics Project Manager or Analytics lead, working on data or business intelligence projects in an industry relevant to CVS Health (e.g. PBM, retail consumer packaged goods, retail pharmacy, retail clinics)
Have experience with data management, reporting tools, and applications, along with analytical experience that includes methodology development, programming (SQL, SAS), and/or data visualization.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to interact with and influence decision-making by non-analytical business audiences;
Have the ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines and work independently;
Be able to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner;
Be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive and ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment;
Have a solid understanding of data and analytics and how they are leveraged within the healthcare/retail industry;
Have experience managing cross functional initiatives; communicating effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members and senior management;
Possess outstanding process and project management skills, including coordinating activities across diverse departments and ensure that contributions across different teams are aligned and integrated as part of overall delivery.
Must also have 2 + years of experience with data management, reporting tools, and applications, along with analytical experience that includes methodology development, programming (SQL, SAS), and/or data visualization.
Understanding data management, reporting tools and applications would be advantageous, along with financial analytical experience
