TransUnion's Consulting Services organization leads our client engagements for the Marketing Solutions product set. The goal for these engagements is to create credible, integrated partnerships with our clients to establish the successful adoption of our TruAudience products and solutions. This measurement-focused team specializes in the unified measurement approach, skillfully integrates Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to offer our clients a comprehensive analytical solution. The team delivers actionable insights, enabling clients to optimize marketing strategies, allocate budgets efficiently, and measure the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns with greater accuracy and depth.

What You'll Bring:

This Senior Advisor of Solutions Consulting will have strong technical and soft skills for leading complex client engagements, will be passionate about storytelling and translating data into actionable insights and will thrive in fast-paced environments.

• 10+ years relevant experience in marketing analytics (MMM/MTA) strategy or marketing consulting in a client-facing role

• Ability to work in a matrixed environment as part of a cross-functional team, overseeing the day-to-day team orchestration required for quality and on-time client deliveries.

• Strong client management, communication and relationship-building skills and experience.

• Ability to generate and effectively present insights derived from data, often to senior audiences.

• This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office locations (Chicago, Reston, or New York City) for a minimum of two days a week.

Impact You'll Make:

• Reports to a Senior Director or Director, Consulting Services, Marketing Solutions

• Lead multi-million dollar client engagements in Marketing Solutions, organize internal teams, develop enduring, trusted, and profitable relationships with customers, and mentor the next generation of leaders.

First 90 Days:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of TransUnion products, processes, people, and culture.

• Integrate with existing project teams for assigned projects, transitioning into a day-to-day leadership role managing client engagements for one of TransUnion's marketing solutions (MMM, MTA).

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $135,010.00 - $228,800.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
