Our advertising specialists work alongside industry-leading project and account managers, social media specialists, content and creative specialists and other digital experts to create and build impactful advertising campaigns.
In this role, you will serve as a lead advertising specialist on important projects. You will also be a peer-leader and mentor to other members of Social Driver's advertising team - as well as collaborate directly with clients on strategy, processes, performance, and best practices.

Senior Advertising Specialist - Role Description:

The Senior Advertising Specialist is a hands-on role that requires expert-level knowledge of social and digital media advertising platforms and capabilities. This role also requires a passion for mentoring other members of the advertising team, fostering a culture of collaboration, coordinating with the rest of the media team and other teams at Social Driver. Lastly, it requires confidence in leading client-facing conversations including strategy and performance presentations as well as addressing client inquiries specific to advertising.

Specifically, you will:
Develop advertising recommendations and strategies that captivate the audience and create impact.
Manage day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns, including: Pixel installations, launching, monitoring and optimizing ads, managing ad spend versus budgets, and reporting on key performance indicators.
Lead, mentor, and build advertising team to include social and digital ad specialists.
Ensure the highest level of quality and that service level commitments are met.
Lead advertising conversations with clients including presentations of strategies and performance, and confidently address client inquiries.
Clearly communicate advertising campaign performance through quantitative and qualitative data reporting and provide ongoing recommendations for optimization.
Research and build target audiences and keyword lists based on the clients' needs and objectives.
Coordinate with multiple departments (creative, content, account teams, etc.) to construct high-performing advertising campaigns.
Provide expert digital advertising knowledge on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, Google, Outbrain, Taboola and other leading platforms.
Have a strong point-of-view on the future of digital advertising and that is means for clients.
You will report directly to our Director of Social and Digital Media.

Bachelor's Degree required
5 - 7 years of advertising experience required
Agency and/or consulting experience required
Management experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communications
Client management experience preferred
Advanced knowledge and experience with social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and digital (Google, YouTube) advertising platforms
Native advertising experience is a plus
Advanced knowledge and experience with conversion tracking and pixel installation, executing successful digital advertising campaigns
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and web traffic metrics
Experience working with nonprofits and/or association clients is a plus
