Senior Admissions Manager Undergraduate

The Opportunity

Hult International Business School is looking for an individual with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, highly pressurized environment. Adaptability and communication skills are a must. In this role, the candidate will work out of the Boston campus but will form part of Hult's central Admissions team.

Responsibilities

  • Review applications for all campuses

  • Upload acceptance letters

  • Ensure admissions compliance with the school's accreditation

  • Validate applicants' academic records and/or professional experience

  • Communicate admissions decisions to the Recruitment team

  • Provide statistical analysis of incoming students to the leadership team

  • Process transfer credits for all incoming students ahead of orientation

  • To assist the Undergraduate Admissions Management Team with responding to more complex appeals

  • To work closely with the academic team on articulation agreements

  • Scan, upload and file all applicants' record

  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of qualifications

  • Set up academic interviews with the Deanery

  • Administer and ensure the School's compliance with student immigration policies as mandated by the UKVI and relevant accreditation authorities

  • To undertake other duties as allocated by the International Admissions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3 + yrs. work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical

  • Familiarity with higher education preferred

  • International experience preferred

  • Must be able to work independently

A strong background in design methods, patient journeys, qualitative research, and understanding patients’ needs are foundational cornerstones for this role as well as experience in the subspecialty areas of behavior design and system thinking.<br />  <br /> The Design Innovation Senior Manager is in the Amgen Injection Experience/Innovation area and has primary responsibility to manage drug delivery device programs and liaise with other innovation teams in the areas of Drug Delivery Technology, Amgen Digital Health, marketing, and others. The Senior Manager will converse with cross-functional partners as well as foster team integration and leverage best practices. This role involves managing internal stakeholders and external design vendors through a Human-Centered Design process for designing drug delivery devices. The position supports problem and solution identification that adds value to Amgen’s therapeutic areas, customer experience, and overall health care of patients.<br />  <br /> The role will guide an insight-based and human-centered approach to problem and solution identification. Once opportunities have been prioritized, the role manages insight work to understand the perspectives of patients, caregivers, and professional health providers to understand the core problems they’re facing when managing a health condition. The role will facilitate ideation workshops (internal and external audiences) to co-create solution hypotheses as well as supervise the prototyping and testing of concepts to ensure the diverse needs of our customers are addressed.
