Enhance the effectiveness of the Real Estate Finance Group by performing a wide range of administrative, project support, and general support duties in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will be proactive, flexible, motivated and interested in becoming a valuable member of a successful team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, handle, and reconcile T&E expenses to ensure accurate and timely expense reporting.

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements

  • Proactively monitor travel for other senior leaders and arrange meetings when in the same site.

  • Monitor travel situations and make alternative arrangements in response to unforeseen changes (e.g., inclement weather, flight cancellations, last minute changes, etc.).

  • Maintain and coordinate schedules and calendars.

  • Organize and make meeting arrangements for the team along with disseminating discussion materials in advance of meetings.

  • Anticipate needs and/or next steps on current and upcoming projects including maintaining an up to date project list.

  • Develop and maintain periodic reports for management and meetings as requested.

  • Work with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

  • Provide administrative support for the department staff.

  • Initiate and/or assist in organizing and planning special projects or events.

  • Assist in the creation and review of materials prior to publication for consistency, clarity and presentation.

  • Participate and/or lead in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Collect data and draft reports to periodically advise senior management.

  • Focus continually on process improvements and automation.

  • Responsible for understanding and complying with firm policies and procedures while performing the role outlined above.


  • College degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 3-5 years administrative support experience preferably in real estate or financial institution.

  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Professional.

  • Experience with Workday and Concur a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
