Position Summary:
This position supports the Vehicle Services (VS) staff and county treasurer offices. Position will be subject matter expert in the microfilm and microfiche program. This position serves as a backup to multiple sections in VS including the Administrative Specialist, National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) help desk staff, titles and registration staff and Digital License Plate Production (DLPP) staff. Limited public customer assistance may be required by phone, email or LIVEChat when back-up is needed.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications: One year of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Preferred Experience: Proofreading, editing, attention to detail. Experience with Software such as: MOVRS, ImageHOST, browswers, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
