What you'll be doing:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to several senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of the department.
Develop and utilize templates for processing routine departmental correspondence and documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, maintaining confidentiality across all levels of operations.
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for executives and departmental staff.
Track and report expenses for departmental activities and executive assignments.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, screening for priority and directing to appropriate personnel.
Maintain and manage the calendar of supported executives, optimizing their schedule and ensuring efficient time management.

Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and securely.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, applying tact and discretion at all levels.
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and lead support staff when necessary.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with internal company administrative systems.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain digital templates for routine correspondence and departmental documents.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong familiarity with the terminology and operational procedures of the department.
Experience in preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of administrative support.
