Senior Administrative Assistant at Providence Portland Medical Center (Full time, Day shift, and Schedule is Monday

  • Friday, 8:00 am

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides professional administrative support to the Supervisor of Spiritual Care and the Manager of Clinical Pastoral Education. Takes initiative in coordinating department IS/Telecom/Administrative/HR/Special Event and Project Planning. Acts as the department IS liaison - coordinates IS for department (i.e., initial access for new hires, additional access for department staff, requests for changes to Star and Horizon, facilitates telecom for department - voicemail/pagers). HR coordinator for department - coordinating new hire paperwork and timelines for orientation for interns/residents/new employees. Project and Event planning: includes analyzing, organizing, setting up, revising, and updating databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Master's Degree

  • Experience in a hospital environment.
