A leading Agricultural company in Dubuque is hiring for a Senior level Administrative Assistant. They are seeking someone with a college degree and at least 3-4 years of administrative experience.

This Senior Administrative Assistant will need to be highly organized to work well with a diverse set of managers and ability to handle multiple requests all at once. You will often work with highly confidential information and many of the manager requests can be challenging not just minor clerical duties. Some general duties might include scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, maintaining calendars, type letters, greet visitors and answer phones.

You will also gather, maintain, and organize information for summary reports and special projects. You will perform data analysis and help maintain their databases and systems applications. You will also develop and maintain more complex websites with the assistance of web-publishing software applications.

Requirements
As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you must have exceptional communication skills, BE HIGHLY organized, GREAT at multitasking and very comfortable handling highly confidential information. You will also work with divisions in multiple countries with multiple languages. If you speak any additional languages this could be highly advantageous. Join a team that makes "Great Things Happen!"™ The Credit Analyst Assistant is primary responsible for maintaining the Credit Administration's pipeline report and to load financial statements for Business & Ag Bankers, Credit Administration and Loan Review. Financial statements are spread using Inmatrix (Sungard) Optimist (aka ProfitMax) software. Responsibilities: 1. Maintains pipeline report which is used to monitor work flow within the department by logging lender input sheets and requests for financial statements spreads. 2. Loads financial statements and tax returns into Bank software within established time expectations. 3. Updates personal financial statement and personal tax return spreads. 4. Initiates Lender Annual Reviews and new credit write-ups utilizing established templates. 5. Imports loan and deposit information within Bank software. 6. Monitors Credit Administration's e-mail inboxes and flags items appropriately. 7. Verifies accuracy of information in financial spreads prior to forwarding to Credit Analysts. 8. Completes basic administrative duties. 9. Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function. 10. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: 1. Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance 2. 1-3 years of related experience, specifically working with financial statements. 3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word). 4. Ability to work with numbers in an accurate and detailed manner. 5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and credit information. 6. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines, with the ability to adapt within a changing environment. 7.
