Impark is currently looking for a Full-Time Senior Administration Representative to join our team at our Brooklyn Location.

This role reports directly to the Administration Supervisor and assists the Administration Supervisor with the daily workflow within the unit and is responsible for the unit during the Supervisor's absence.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Supervisor with the following:

  • Accounts payable review, reconcile and process vendor invoices for payment.

  • Fulfilling office administration duties for project facility

  • Responding and handling client requests and/or issues in a timely fashion to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery for all weekly and monthly reports.

  • Provide inventory support, including maintaining office materials and supplies.

  • Review and audit weekly timesheets

  • Processing per diem invoices and contracts

  • Research suppliers and vendors for special purchasing projects

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Some College preferred

  • 2+ years of office administration experience and proven superior customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management and analytical skills

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently, in a team, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong computer skills required including MS Word & Excel.

  • Ability to multi-task, handle detail oriented work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

  • Problem solving skills with the initiative to investigate analyze and resolve issues.

  • Ensure confidentiality in all matters

  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties

  • Perform a variety of clerical duties including copying, faxing, filing and answering phones

  • Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
