Our Newest Opportunity:
The P&C AR Collections Senior Analyst works with the VP of Finance and other members of the Finance team on tracking and resolving open receivable balances within the P&C vertical and performing necessary data corrections within the AMS system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Develop a masterful understanding of the Company's property & casualty insurance revenue stream to track open receivables on the direct bill policies
Maintain and review various AR schedules
Develop policy payment schedules within the AMS system to understand payment frequencies for the direct bill clients
Maintain internal relationships with the account owners and external relationships with the carriers to be able to resolve open receivable balances
Perform maintenance on commission data within the AMS system to preserve the data integrity
Interface with the local offices to investigate commission data discrepancies
Guide the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Ability to make accurate, independent decisions based on data provided
Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
Education, Training and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
Expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Applied Epic preferred
2-5 years of experience in a similar financial position
Experience with insurance brokerage operations, highly desired but not required
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
