Overview

The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst handles the entire Lucky Brand OpCo Accounts Receivable & Collections portfolio (collections, new account set-up, daily order hold reports, providing several AR reports, Cash Applications back-up and special projects, etc.). This person also helps claims dept. and is responsible for maintaining schedule for promotional allowances taken by our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with SPARC Sr. Director of Credit and Collections Manager, helping to manage AR Portfolio for one of our major brands. • Daily Cash Application via NetSuite of entire account portfolio for multiple brands includes: • Managing lockbox payments, paper checks, electronic payments and credit cards. • Customer payment remittance reconciliations, researching un-applied cash, credit memos. • Identification and proper posting and coding of payment discrepancies, advising collections and Claims Dept. promptly. • Creating and distributing daily, weekly and monthly cash reconciliation and A/R reports to various departments.• Handle Special Projects and provide support to Credit, Claims and Cash Applications department.• Strong understanding of AR Function, ensuring compliance with group AR and credit & collection policies & procedures• Manage daily order hold reports• Build and maintain partnerships with retail partners and cross functional teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years Accounts Receivable/Collections, Cash Applications.

  • Experience with NetSuite is a MUST• Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels both internally and externally• Excellent PC Skills - Strong knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills (Vlookup's, pivot tables, etc.)• Ability to multi-task• Detail oriented and organized• SAP & SAP S4HANA experience preferable.• Travel may be required, based on business needs.• Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day • Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods• Ability to reach at or below shoulder level• Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
