The Circulation division of ZOLL Medical Corporation is focused on "beating heart" therapies for hospitals. Post-cardiac arrest, STEMI heart attack, and severe fever are some of the applications of ZOLL's unique devices. Fully integrated, ZOLL Circulation researches, develops, manufactures, and sells novel technologies includes ZOLL Temperature Management Solutions and TherOx SSO2 Therapy. Temperature Management Solutions empower physicians to "prescribe" a temperature and achieve it. TherOx SSO2 Therapy is the first FDA-approved therapy since the stent 20+ years ago to reduce infarct size in patients with the most severe heart attacks.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for full-cycle AP duties and supporting for the daily activities in the Finance Department.
Essential Job Functions:
limited to two-way and three-way invoice matching, check requests, expense.
reports, and following company procedures.
Process the weekly payment disbursements i.e. check runs, vendor ACH and wire payments.
Process AMEX transactions to include purchasing, recording receipts, monthly
reconciliation, and payment.
appropriate coding and approval routing
returns, vendor price & quantity discrepancies, and RNI review.
Ensure 1099's, sales taxes, and Sunshine Act transactions are properly recorded.
Maintain the hierarchy and accounting setup for the Expense Report and
Purchase Requisition Systems
analysis and reconciliations, reconciling subledger activity.
expense analysis report.
Responsible for sales/use tax accruals and filing. Assist on sales tax audits.
Support in other areas of accounting such as fixed assets, general ledger, and
financial reporting.

provide all supporting information requested in conjunction with the audit.
Additional Responsibilities:

modification.
Required / Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Associate degree with four years of related experience preferred.

The hourly rate for this position can range from $30 to $35. The actual compensation may vary outside of this range depending on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
