Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and approve invoices for accuracy and completeness.

• Process payments to vendors on time and in accordance with payment terms

• Maintain and update vendor records.

• Investigate and resolve vendor disputes.

• Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports.

• Reconcile accounts payable accounts to the general ledger.

• Assist with audits and financial reporting.

• Oversee and train junior accounts payable staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred but not required

• 1+ years of experience in construction accounts payable preferred but not required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in accounting software (MRI or Nexus preferred, not required)

Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00 Hourly
