Title:Senior Accounting Manager

Onsite Requirement:
1 day/week on-site in Pasadena, CA
r>Salary: Up to $130K base + over 30 days of PTO + 100% Covered Health, Dental, Vision+ other benefits

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• 3+ years of experience managing teams, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance
• Ability to cultivate talent and drive the growth and development of staff
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience in nonprofit or mission-oriented organizations is a plus
• Active/Inactive CPA OR a Masters Degree in Accounting is required.
