Responsibilities:
* Performa and/or review daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations and general ledger transactions for assigned companies on various balance sheet accounts. * Prepare pre-close month end analysis. * Includes yield review, material variance analysis, backdated entry posting and monthly financial highlights review. * Assist Accounting Managers with questions and research. * Assist with quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K and earnings release as assigned. * Participate in high-level projects as required.
