Main Purpose of the Role:
Apply principles of accounting to research, review, and analyze financial information and to prepare end of month reports.
Main Tasks:
Reconcile and Analyze General Ledger Accounts.
Prepare Journal Entries - Accruals, Depreciation, Corrections, Re-classes, etc.
Prepare Audit Work Papers - (This is composed mainly of monthly analysis). There may also be additional data requests from auditors.
Month End Reporting - prepare all accounting reporting for HO.
Prepare P&L reports and submit to HO monthly.
Prepare quarterly flexible file for submission to HO.
Entereview new fixed assets.
Proactively track leases to ensure proper accounting and request new leases or renewals of leases from admin department and IT department for equipment.
Assist in preparing corporate tax filing.
Preparation of annual budget and submission in SAP.
Assist in preparation of managerial financial reports and related comparisons to the budget.
Handle all customers and vendors requests for appropriate tax reporting information
