Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As a member of our dynamic team, you'll serve as a finance business partner for our Operations team and your role will include:

• Managing the P&L of 2 ultra-deepwater drill ships operating in the Gulf of Mexico, from revenue preparation ($300-$350M annually) to cost tracking and variance analysis.

• Maintaining balance sheet of assigned legal entities.

• Ensuring adherence to internal controls and company's standards.

• Actively participating in quarterly forecasts.

• Mentoring junior analysts/accountants and onboard the newcomers.

Education:

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree

• Preferred Level: CPA or CA

Experience:

• Minimum Required: 6+ years in accounting

• Preferred Level: Drilling contractor or O&G background

Skills:

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, solid accounting experience/knowledge, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Very strong Excel skills, Oracle (PeopleSoft), team mentality, ability to think through and solve problems step by step.

Pre-requisite/Qualification:

• Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen.

• Must successfully complete pre-employment background check.
