We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team at LeanTaaS. This role will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, monitoring accounts receivable, and facilitating collections efforts. Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
The role requires availability for in-person meetings at our Santa Clara office as necessary. We are a "flexibility-first" company, meaning there are no fixed office days.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices using NetSuite accounting software
Maintain up-to-date billing records and customer accounts receivable balances
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due invoices
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper revenue recognition and accounting treatment
Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers and reconcile accounts as needed
Assist with cash application and reconciliation of customer payments in NetSuite
Support the collections process by communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements
Provide regular updates and reports on accounts receivable metrics and aging trends to management
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in revenue accounting, accounts receivable, invoicing, or related finance roles
Proficiency in NetSuite or similar accounting software is required
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with collections and customer relationship management is a plus

$90,000 - $115,000 a year
The offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including your location, skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience, internal equity and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.
