Daily interface with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Costing, Inventory Control, After Market Sales & Service, and Machinery Sales to collect and organize financial information for daily, weekly and monthly Company financial reporting documents.

Supervise and ensure the daily posting of invoices in the A/P system for payment in accordance with documented procedures and vendor terms. Monitor, adjust, and reconcile inventory accounts Compile, enter, review and verify accuracy of journal entries which includes correct classification of financial transactions. Assist with month end closing procedure to ensure all financial reports are correct.

Collects and prepares data for financial surveys and other required financial reports. Acts as a lead for Accounting Department employees and a technical resource for other departments and/or customers and/or vendors to address and resolve inquiries and problems. Prepare records of assets, liabilities, manufacturing cost and financial transactions for required Company financial reports – including account reconciliations and analysis.

Assist in the preparation of income and balance sheet statements, profit and loss statements, consolidated statements and other accounting statements and reports. Interface and act as a technical resource with customers and other departments e.g. manufacturing, sales/marketing, parts, purchasing, engineering, etc., to address and resolve inquiries and problems. Prepares and maintains required audit documents and complied reports for Fiscal Year End auditing compliance and handles Prepared by Client documents for auditing.

Maintains strictest and absolute personal confidentiality regarding daily access to Company financial information. If this sounds like you, we want to connect 2 years experience in accounting area which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintaining of general ledger, cost accounting, etc. Prefer manufacturing environment Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Finance Demonstrated understanding of GAAP; Knowledge of Percentage of Completion Accounting Excellent verbal and written communication skills which includes presentation skill.

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word/Excel, ERP systems) Must be able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner; Ability to work well in a team environment; Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy; Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills; Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently; Strong customer service focus.
