Responsibilities: Financial records:

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets Financial analysis: Analyze financial documents and prepare financial analyses.

Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the CFO if necessary. Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running audits. Payroll: Record and verify transactions, and produce payroll Reconciliation:

Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance including financial and bank statements Monetary policies: Ensure that the company's monetary policies are applied accurately Skills: 5 years of accounting experience Effective communication Strong leadership Critical thinking Time management Attention to detail Proficiency with Quickbooks Advanced Excel skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting They may also have their CPA, or be a CPA candidate Interested in hearing more?
