Senior Accountant- Hybrid

Position Overview:

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial functions including reviewing financial statements, journal entries, conducting complete variance reporting, and identifying cost recovery and process improvement opportunities. The successful candidate will provide expert accounting support to our field locations across the United States, making a significant impact on the company's bottom line.

Hybrid work schedule.

Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly consolidated financial reports and analyses.

• Investigate complex balance sheet fluctuations and document findings for management review.

• Develop and implement process measures to enhance the integrity of our general ledger.

• Reconcile sub-systems to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and reliability of balance sheet accounts.

• Provide financial analysis to support to the organizations overall financial position.

• Collaborate with managers on monthly balance sheet preparation, review, and sign-off.

• Work closely with global teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Undertake other projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

• Public accounting experience and/or CPA designation preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with ERP systems
