Job Summary
Job Description
Supports financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data and provides financial advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles and practices, and developing recommendations. Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by collaborating with local tax team and adhering with regulations. Complies with local, federal and international accounting standards by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; assembling data for quarterly and annual public filings; generating entries; advising internal partners on proper accounting activities and procedures. Prepares special reports by studying variances, preparing budgets, and developing forecasts. Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related tasks or activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in accounting or a related field plus 5 years of experience in a financial or accounting occupation. The required experience must include:
4 years of experience with accounting, financial reporting software such as Oracle SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC);
4 years of experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Compliance;
4 years of experience with multi-entity/currency Business Environment;
4 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel; and
Certified Public Accountant.
