CubeSmart is currently seeking a Senior Accountant Third Party Management to join the Accounting team at its Malvern, PA headquarters. The Senior Accountant Third Party Management is responsible for managing relationships and ensuring accurate preparation of related financial deliverables associated with their portfolio of properties.

Reviews and prepares various general ledger accounts.
Reviews and prepares monthly financial statements.
Leads quarterly and year-end audit processes. Leads preparation and analysis of financial statements and related financial package for multiple entities.
Manages relationships with ownership groups with a high level of customer service.
Trains and directs Property Accountants. Ensures staff is well-informed of policies and procedures. Provides support as needed.
Directs and creates processes to ensure timely completion of multiple tasks and processes including the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
Completes unique projects as they arise.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and staying informed of developments in the accounting field and of changing governmental and legal requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or other related fields
A minimum of three to five years of business accounting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
General ledger and financial statement mastery.
Ability to create and adapt accounting reports and craft business correspondence.
Excellent customer service skills.
High degree of initiative and independent leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
