SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the accounting processes to ensure the submission of monthly & annual financials (reporting) to the international corporate headquarters in accordance with company reporting deadlines.

• Support to the auditors in the annual financial audit both for US GAAP and Italian GAAP

• Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Monitor banking activities of the organization and account reconciliation.

• Support to the external tax consultant in the management of all fiscal activities for the organization

• Ensure the reconciliation of all GL account

• Oversee and manage the revenues and expenses recognition

• Implement continuous improvement directives from headquarters

• Anticipate and correct problems in advance

• Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission

• Demonstrates efficiency of execution

• Flexibility and adaptability to work with colleagues

Education:

• Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• Senior accountant with at least 5 years experience in the day-to-day financial operations of medium-large size corporations; experience in International corporation involved in Software business will be preferred;

• SAP experience a strong plus

• Proficient with Microsoft Office product

• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
