What you will do-

  • Receive telephone calls and act as a key contact regarding a variety of order-related requests, including but not limited to: pricing, scheduling, information updates, shipping, and delivery status pre- and post-sale

  • Process customer orders via EDI, phone, email, or fax and determine status of existing orders, including shipment tracking.

  • Provide detailed product information to customers as requested through order entry or order-related inquiries.

  • Provide information to and/or research problems for the sales force and/or customers, coordinating with other departments as needed.

  • Process customer and Sales Representative returns and customer complaints and enter issues into the complaint system

  • Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders (as defined by the company) that are submitted electronically, by fax or by phone within same day of receipt.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and comments and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, and work together to meet service sales goals

  • Work with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management

  • Resolve production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems; determine validity of warranty claims and schedules repair resources; change production and shipping schedules

What you need-

  • 3 years customer experience - required

  • Call Center experience - preferred

  • High School diploma - prefer Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. ERP systems, SAP, Outlook, Access, Excel and Word)

  • Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and report generation

  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

$21.05 - $28.48 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
