The Opportunity

In an effort to better serve our 47 million registered hourly workers and over 450,000 employer locations, Snagajob is now hiring a Senior Account Manager. Our software helps some of the largest players in the hourly industry attract, hire, and onboard workers and, as a Senior Account Manager, you will grow and maintain direct relationships with these marquis accounts. As a primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and by establishing trusted customer relationships with enterprise level accounts.

This role may be based remotely or in our Arlington or Richmond, VA, or Charleston, SC locations.

What You'll Get to Do

  • Onboard, engage and deliver strong support for customers

  • Initiate playbooks and tactics for achieving revenue goals, including renewal strategies and uncover upsell opportunities

  • Interact and drive positive outcomes with a wide variety of client accounts from Enterprise to Mid-Market

  • Identify growth opportunities with a customer first approach

  • Educate yourself on customers' business; present solutions to meet customer goals in a timely and consultative fashion

  • Increase customer spend through a combination of increased investment in new products and services or new ways to use our tools and resources

  • Retain our existing customer relationships

  • Determine the playbook to renew customers on contracts (e.g. annual Software agreements), including when and how to engage

  • Measure, analyze, and build action plan from customer satisfaction

  • Lead appropriate, proactive and consultative milestones including mid-contract reviews and annual renewal efforts to ensure customer goals are accomplished

  • Partner with sales team to identify opportunities for growth and drive upsell

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers; build and maintain customer relationships to maximize retention

  • Partner externally as "the voice of Snagajob"

  • Develop relationships with key customer decision makers/buyers via sales tools, creativity, and hustle

  • Serve as an escalation point for our customers as needed, and be able to confidently represent Snagajob externally

  • Provide the "voice of the market" to our product design staff to ensure our new products meet the needs of current customer

What We'll Expect

  • Significant and current experience in a technology account management role, with an organization that supports renewal and revenue growth through upsell and investment optimization

  • Proven success in supporting a SaaS product for key accounts - HCM SaaS experience is a plus

  • Ability to develop relationships across levels in an organization

  • Excellent communicator with an ability to influence and inspire others

  • Excels working on highly collaborative teams (we like to have fun together!)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, and desire to actively "test and iterate" approaches to get better, faster!

  • Embrace data-based decision-making - don't rely on gut instinct, but have a firm grasp on the data to understand what's happening in your team and with customers - and then act accordingly

VIEW JOBS 3/4/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-06-02T00:00 In support of the US Navy mission, this Software Engineer II / III will be a member of the REDHAWK and Tactical Open Architecture (TOA) Software Defined Radio (SDR) development team contributing to the design and implementation of Automatic Identification Systems (AIS) for the Navy's new Large and Medium Unmanned Surface Vessels. REDHAWK is a standards-based software defined radio (SDR) framework designed to support the development, deployment, and management of real-time software radio applications. REDHAWK is based on the DoD standard Software Communications Architecture (SCA). This candidate will need a strong background in webserver related tasking, including setting up and maintaining a web application environment, preferably a Single Page Application (SPA) environment. As a member of our team, you will work with others to design, code, implement, and test custom capabilities. The candidate must be able to produce creative, technically sound software solutions for transition to tactical systems. This individual will perform a variety of complex technical functions in support of the development of custom systems.
