About the Role
Our Senior Account Managers, Paid Search is responsible for driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client goals. Your core responsibilities in this role include strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Taking on clients soon after starting, you will build & optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for a roster of B2B, lead generation, and/or e-commerce clients across various industries
Define, monitor and analyze trends in clients' KPIs
Develop paid search strategy based on client-specific goals
Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, positioning, and other optimization strategies to drive results in line with client's goals
Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
Create quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
Follow SEM industry trends, contribute to our agency blog and help train our campaign management team
About You
2+ years of direct B2B paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management
Experience leveraging backend data to inform B2B paid search strategies, with a passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data, and navigating Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheets
Performance Max experience is a must
Hands-on product feed management and shopping experience a plus
You are a communication guru both on calls and through written communication
'Driven' and 'Innovative' are attributes commonly associated with you
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
