Senior Account Manager

What you'll do

Develop strong relationships in your assigned clients

Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients

Own and drive revenue increased product and payment utilization in your assigned clients

Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our services and technology platform and be able to articulate the advantages over competitors clearly

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement

Forecast and track key account metrics

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals set by management

Prepare reports on account status

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Who you are

5+ years' work experience as an Account Manager or similar function

Senior Account Manager or relevant role in the technology industry

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field, or equivalent experience

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail with excellent organization skills

An aggressive, competitive and committed attitude

Experience selling in the tech industry

Great people skills; ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to them
