Chentronics LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing key client accounts, driving sales, and fostering long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a strong ability to mentor and support team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment. While the role is primarily remote, the candidate will need to be on-site in Norwich, NY occasionally and as needed to support business.

What You Will Do

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Strategy: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new business prospects.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Travel: Travel as necessary to grow and strengthen customer relationships and attend trade shows.

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, marketing, engineering, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of strategies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with clients.

  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

  • Experience consulting with clients and solution selling.

  • Experience working with internal teams, such as engineering, marketing, and customer support, to provide solutions.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in technically complex industrial applications.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Depending on experience, the anticipated compensation for this role will be $80,000-$100,000.
