The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading key client relationships and provide project management support from the project kick-off to completion. Not only will a Senior Account Manager be tasked with achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget but has developed a deep understanding of the client's organization and business needs and is seen as a trusted advisor. As a Senior Account Manager, you have proven experience in growing books of business and you are able to identify opportunities to continuously grow the client's relationship with Kaleidoscope.
5+ years in an account services/management role specifically in a Branding Agency, Design Consultancy or at an Advertising Agency
3+ years specifically within brand packaging and/or identity design experience with a major CPG brand
Experience in formal mentorship and/or desire to manage/mentor junior members of a team
Proven success managing, servicing, and growing a book of business
Excels in both an independent and team environment
