Senior Account Manager, Demand, Unity Ads San Francisco, Full-time
As a Senior Account Manager, Demand for the Unity Ads team, you'll be the primary point of contact for advertisers utilizing the network. You will be responsible for answering day-to-day questions, solving problems, upselling where it makes sense, and generally ensuring the highest quality of customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, be able to work both in a team and independently with minimal supervision, and be able to work closely with business and technical teams to get the information your clients need. The Senior Account Manager will be based in our San Francisco office and will focus on clients based within the US, with occasional travel required.
Be the front line of contact for 20-30 advertising customers, utilizing strategic thinking and sales skills to manage customer requests and/or issues
Participate in client meetings and phone calls as a subject matter expert for advertising questions and requests
Proactively assist advertisers to achieve their goals for quality and quantity of ad traffic by up-selling new targeting opportunities, finding campaign inefficiencies, and actively optimizing existing campaign creatives and targeting
Run customized weekly or monthly reports for assigned clients
Manage advertising budgets and creatives for assigned clients
Learn all aspects of the Unity Ads business to facilitate scalable, continued growth
3-5 years of experience in an Account Management role
Digital advertising experience is required, however you'll get bonus points if you also have previous experience with mobile ad ecosystems
Great teamwork and interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an embedded drive for results
Knowledge of mobile gaming/app ecosystem and a passion for gaming
Strong Excel skills and the ability to work closely with data and business intelligence tools
