As an Indianapolis-based Senior Account Manager, your focus will be twofold: you will identify, develop and nurture new client relationships and also help to grow strategic clients by delivering results against some of their most complex business and technology initiatives while ensuring successful service delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for building and leveraging existing Client relationships and proactively finding and establishing new Client relationships that are aligned with Centric's growth strategies

  • Lead generation and pursuit of leads generated through marketing activities, networking events, industry knowledge and tools

  • Actively network to develop strategic Partnerships, relationships and referral business with organizations

  • Work with Centric Leadership to determine Pursuit Team and approach for identified opportunities and oversee the proposal creation process for new opportunities

  • Qualify sales opportunities by understanding Client needs, quantifying potential issues and determining the Client's budget and decision-making process

  • Consult with Centric's Leadership on Go/No-Go decisions, Deal Review and Pricing Strategies

  • Meet or exceed annual individual sales goals

  • Coach and guide team members before meetings, presentations and proposals

  • Demonstrate strong communication, virtual team leadership and solid sales management skills to plan, organize, control and report on sales from identification to business close utilizing CRM

  • Establish collaborative partnership and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to assess and recommend optimal business and technical solutions

  • Cultivate, manage and effectively interface with Client personnel at all organizational levels as required to build long-term relationships

  • Drive discovery of new opportunities within the strategic client accounts by establishing customer relationships and introducing additional Centric products and services

  • Demonstrate value to the customer by leading the creation of the solution proposal, business case, and contract

  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver impactful business outcomes and best-in-class solutions

  • Manage customer engagements in a matrixed fast-paced environment, including core aspects required to successfully plan, forecast, manage and report

  • Create Centric collateral, such as, case studies and knowledge artifacts, that can be leveraged across Centric

  • Ability to lead inspirational presentations in a client-facing environment in an adaptive style

  • Results oriented- Ability to set an account strategy and goals, and provide the leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals

  • Adaptability, agility and the ability to thrive under pressure- Most comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements and accounts

  • Ability to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solution

  • Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems

  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence

  • Establish and demonstrate ability as a client facing full-lifecycle Program, Project, or Product Manager within a technology/business environment

  • Consistent track record of delivering customer service projects with measurable business outcomes. Delivery on time and on budget

  • Executive-level communication, both internal and customer facing. Ability to craft and present technical and business solutions

  • Strong focus in all areas of delivery, relationship management, and the identification of opportunities and risks

  • Creating unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees, is what we do. You should revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others

  • At least 10-12 years of combined selling consulting/technology services and project/program management

  • Management consulting and technology industry experience in Indianapolis is strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
