This is a client-facing, front-line management role for a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking practitioner, who is passionate about digital marketing and specifically programmatic advertising.

The successful candidate will demonstrate account and channel expertise, strive for repeatable success and have a desire to question everything in pursuit of operational and client service excellence. They will be expected to provide bold and confident recommendations and sound leadership, backed by innovative flair and analytical experience.

The role involves management responsibility and overseeing programmatic campaign management from start to finish across all formats.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Programmatic Manager will report directly to a Associate Director and will own a number of client tasks, including campaign planning, set up, reporting, and measurement from start to finish. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, create, manage, optimize, and forecast display, video, connected TV, audio, and rich media campaigns from start to finish, leveraging several deal types and transaction methods

  • Campaign management using Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360 and a variety of additional DSPs and ad tech platforms (brand safety, ad verification, audience data, dynamic creative optimization, etc.)

  • Execute paid campaign processes from start to finish, including researching, planning, trafficking, troubleshooting, optimizing and reporting

  • Establish strategies to deliver results against client goals and KPIs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

  • Support business development by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croud products to existing clients

  • Support the creation and delivery of flawless client-facing reports, based on accurate data and insightful analysis

  • Support the development and presentation of account development plans or roadmaps based on client campaign briefs or on client KPIs

  • Manage and develop Associates and Account Managers, including task delegation, training coordination, ad hoc constructive feedback, and Croud's career development framework process.

  • Direct Line Manager: Biddable Associate Director

  • Key Stakeholders: VP, Biddable

  • Other Stakeholders: Programmatic Team, COO, Biddable Media Team, S&P Team

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • A programmatic practitioner with strong technical skills and a minimum of 3 years hands on platform experience

  • Deep experience and knowledge in digital account management with a track record of exceeding performance goals against brand, consideration, and/or sales-related KPIs (purchases, subscribers, etc.)

  • Direct line management experience in previous role(s)

  • Knowledge of paid search, paid social and Google Analytics (GA4) is advantageous but not a key requirement

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven problem solver who can support and manage clients deliverables and projects to deadlines

  • Solutions orientated with a growth mindset

  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with impeccable attention to detail

  • Enjoy and understand working with data, especially via Microsoft Excel

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business admin, or related major a plus

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. (DOE)

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
