Senior Account Manager ASO *Remote*

Administrative Services Only (ASO) is a type of business arrangement used by employers who hire an outside company to administer certain employee health benefits. The vendor provides administrative services only, not the benefit itself.

Providence Health Plan is calling a Senior Account Manager ASO who will:

• Be responsible for maintaining solid, long-term relationships with Providence Health Plans largest and most complex ASO accounts

• Deliver best-in-class, day-to-day account service to ensure retention objectives are met

• Provide strategic account oversight and leadership in all interactions related to the client including annual renewal negotiations and annual contract review processes

• Understand client demands

• Develop plans to meet these demands

• Work with the functional areas within the organization to identify the areas where the Providence Health Plan services intersect with the client demands

We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States:

• Washington

• Oregon

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

• 10+ years of experience in self insured health plans

• Experience and comfort with public speaking and/or group presentation

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Strong ASO and/or TPA background with a strong understanding of stop loss and the self-insured market needs

• Relevant experience in all aspects of self-insured health plan benefits and service with a proven ability to problem solve
