We are looking for an analytical senior sales professional to strengthen our Boston team. Studyportals' mission is to bring transparency to the wealth of study opportunities in the Worlds Higher Education Market. We aim to empower the world to choose education.

Our websites receive 35 million unique users/year, which makes us the most popular study choice platform worldwide. We currently help over 3,000 participating universities in 114 countries worldwide and our team encompasses +200 people worldwide from 36 different nationalities.

What you will be doing:

  • Working in the University Value Team planning and selling student recruitment campaigns using the variety of StudyPortals products
  • Supporting the NA team achieving their goal as well as manage and grow your own individual territory
  • Advising and liaising with existing and new clients build and nurture existing partnerships and ensuring our clients are happy with their activity
  • Proactively develop an area of new clients, mainly by telephone and email contact
  • Plan and attend client meetings
  • Involvement in the optimisation of the complete commercial cycle: from lead generation, negotiation sales, campaign implementation to reporting and evaluation

Reporting directly to the CCO for the strategy and approach of growth targets within the NA region from our office located in Boston


  • At least 5 years of proven commercial track record within the Higher Education industry, hungry to quickly capture the market (Higher Education experience is required)

As a TMO, you will focus primarily on generating new business from prospective clients across: Healthcare vertical; Hospitals, Health Systems Large Physician Groups, LTC Facilities. You will work closely with bankers to ensure proper alignment of strategies and credit capacity for all Treasury Services products. The core responsibilities of this position include: * Working in partnership with market bankers to develop new profitable business from prospective clients; Developing strategic account plans and executing them * Managing client visitation and contact; Understanding clients' business environments, strategies, and industry to better determine their requirements, identify potential new business opportunities for J.P. Morgan Treasury Services and provide the appropriate solution(s) * Understanding the competitions' capabilities and gaps, and how to position J.P. Morgan Treasury Services against them * Promoting sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering new products, market and industry developments * Managing proposal writing and the entire sales process * Developing and enhancing in-depth client knowledge and sharing it with the client coverage team for both new business development and management of client risk * Providing feedback to product managers and maintaining strong working relationships with other J.P. Morgan lines of business Key Objectives/Responsibilities: * Engage J.P. Morgan Treasury Services Sales, Bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework * Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning * Build template-driven business case quantification for clients in support of J.P. Morgan solutions * Partner with internal product stakeholders when representing the client perspective in the development/evolution of complex products and solutions * Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on the working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, articles, etc. * Execute against a clear set of engagement principles that ensures consulting resources are mapped against the largest revenue opportunities within Treasury Services * Possesses a minimum of 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience * Possesses knowledge and understanding of Treasury Services products, credit process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy * B.A./B.S in Accounting/Finance preferred * Direct background in the Healthcare, vertical with parallel scale and scope * Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues * Ability to generate ideas, identify and drive the development of new business * Demonstrates excellent/strong selling and negotiation skills * Demonstrates excellent/strong verbal and written communication skills * Possesses strong industry/market expertise * Demonstrates strong time management, organizational and planning skills * Possesses strategic thinking skills The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.
