Walmart Commerce Technologies is recruiting for a success-driven enterprise Account Executive (AE) who can help grow our customer base. The AE will deliver innovative retail SaaS solutions to retailers to help them improve their margins and accelerate their growth. Retail is changing, and there's a lot of pressure to adapt quickly and serve customers where, when, and how they shop.   • Partnering with our product, operations, engineering, and 3rd party providers during the sales cycle to help demonstrate oursolutions' specific value to our clients

  • Finding and engaging the right retailers that could leverage our portfolio of products

  • Communicating clearly and frequently with key stakeholders to update the teams and highlight risks that could impact a deal and successful delivery

  • Building rapport and strong customer relationships from the executive level down

  • Being a trusted advisor to prospective customer by understanding their business initiatives to effectively address their challenges and goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Sales

  • Experience in working with retail customers

  • History of consistently hitting quota over $1M ARR per year

  • Experience using CRM software on a daily basis

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
