Identify and qualify opportunities within set territory
Sell Monster Platform, solutions and services to potential customers
Manage and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiate close business and manage business relationship with customers
Prospect, forecast, resource allocation, and planning of new business deals
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of Monster
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales as required
Participate in the creation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition via the phone, internet, webinar and face-to-face customer meetings
Market and Develop Greenfield Opportunities within Territory
Coordinate Strategic Account opportunities with other regions and territories
10 + years selling Business and/or Technology Solutions
General Industry Knowledge
Business sales experience within Fortune 100 companies
Experience in negotiating and closing sales opportunities at or above $1,000,000
Assertive and pro-active in engaging internal and customer contacts
Organized, Disciplined approach to problem solving
