Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in concept development, management and implementation of all aspects of experiential marketing events related to sponsorships, event tours, pop-events and others

  • Coordinate and oversee staff and programs, ensuring smooth, flawless execution

  • Source, develop and produce all programming materials

  • Lead project meetings and develop status reports to ensure projects stay on course

  • Develop strategies to increase brand-building activity

  • Oversee on-site event execution to ensure brand standards, legal guidelines and client expectations are met

  • Proactively approach and anticipate internal and external concerns and maintain level of flexibility to quickly respond to changing client demands

  • Source and manage multiple vendor/supplier relationships required for events

  • Create, manage and track budgets; monitor all expenditures to stay within budget parameters; communicate necessary changes to supervisor/senior management

  • Provide leadership for account staff and other departments working on the account; mentor account staff, strive to fine tune, develop strengths and address potential areas of concern

  • Create and track metrics for measuring success of programs

  • Analyze results throughout program to make necessary adjustments

  • Provide clients with timely post-event reports

  • Identify new brand opportunities, sponsorships, supplemental programs, etc.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client's business, specific product/service, and competition

  • Daily contact with multiple clients; responding to and managing client requests and maintaining open and frequent communication

  • Work with HR to ensure policies, practices, initiatives, etc. are developed, communicated effectively and adhered

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:

  • 5 years of relevant event management and/or event marketing experience, agency experience required

  • Previous sports / entertainment sponsorship management experience preferred

  • Proven leadership abilities; experience managing others required

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder

  • Strategic problem solver and decision maker

  • Keen attention to detail and extremely organized

  • Shopper marketing experience a bonus

  • Must be available for travel

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Bachelor's degree required (Communications or Marketing preferred)

VIEW JOBS 3/23/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-21T00:00 As our Senior Email Management Account Executive, you'll be responsible for leading client relationships, program/project management and overseeing the day-to-day management for email marketing campaigns. This position requires you to oversee the management of execution teams and work in collaboration with internal Epsilon account teams. It also requires you to communicate and coordinate regularly with other departments including creative, technology, production and QC. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the business, from the highest level of strategic planning to the execution and implementation of email campaigns * Day-to-day contact for liaison to the account, partner and client teams * Add value to the client's business by becoming an email SME and providing guidance and expertise regarding the channel. * Manage daily status meetings and reports * Work with the client and various internal teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and documented and that projects are managed and delivered according to expectation * Be a team leader, responsible for motivating and mentoring the team, addressing areas of need and ensuring the highest possible quality of work generated by the team * Service accounts personally and directly, updating and including the internal leadership teams when needed * Serve as escalation point for issues * Coordinate project estimates internally and gain approvals. * Be passionate about service. QUALIFICATIONS: * BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, Web Design and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience * Have a minimum of 5 years of account coordination/ account management experience in the field of email campaign management * Must have experience in email marketing * Must understand email marketing execution and be able to speak to capabilities, process and best practices. * Have superior time management and prioritization skills * Be confident. Be self-motivated. Be a quick learner. Be assertive * Be calm, cool and collected under pressure.
