Mid Size Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for developing relationships with C-level executives. They work with clients and prospects in a specified territory to ensure they understand and receive maximum value from their Gartner services.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 Years of Business to Business sales or staffing experience

  • Someone who understands how to succeed in a consultative, value-selling environment

  • Interest in understanding how technology impacts and develops business

  • A strong communicator, able to develop and conduct effective presentations with C-level/senior executive clients

  • Curious, ambitious and motivated, with a desire to surpass professional and personal goals

  • Articulate, organized and results-oriented

Senior Account Executives are responsible for leadingthe day-to-day management and implementation of client programs and initiativesand ensuring flawless program execution. Integral to the success of thisposition is the ability to work with all levels and roles within theorganization from production to creative to studio to accounting/finance andother account teams, as well as third-party vendors and service providers. Position Responsibilities * Primary pointof contact for assigned program – serves as expert/knowledge base for clientproducts and services * Initiate jobsand clear, concise project request forms for activation of the jobs * Work with production, creative, and studio to ensure timely and accuratedelivery of work based on the identified needs of the client * Manage all program elements (working with Production when relevant) includingthe critical path, budgets, timelines, contact reports, project implementation * Manage client approvals of project estimates and invoices and work with theclient to update work status and discuss projects * Reconcile all jobs * Verificationand confirmation of all billing and project costs * Workwith Account Supervisor to develop contingency plans in case of delays, errorsor other potential roadblocks * AssistAccount Supervisor in the training and development of AEs * Manage financial tracking and reporting by assisting account team withmonthly job reconciliations * Develop oral and written client presentations and/or communications * Assist with the Post-Program Evaluation (and such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time totime) Position Requirements * Bachelor's Degree * 3-5 years ofdirect marketing and/or general advertising required. * Demonstrate understanding of the essentials of marketing and can drive and/orassist in the steps necessary to get a program/merchandising program in thefield * The ability to drive and/or assist on the steps necessary to get variousprograms launched * The ability to interface and communicate with the client * The ability to meet or exceed client expectations in the area of accountmanagement, industry/category/brand knowledge with a good understanding ofindustry channels and market conditions * Should have high standards, a strong work ethic and be able to functionautonomously, while retaining team membership and spirit * Thorough and accurate communication ability * Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Conditions of Employment All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of certain background checks which unless prohibited by applicable law may include criminal history checks, employment verification, education verification, drug screens, credit checks, DMV checks (for driving positions only) and fingerprinting.
