Job Description:

Neustar is seeking an experienced networked Federal Sales Account Executive in Health and Human Services i.e, to encompass the Departments of Labor and Education and the Defense Health Agency. This is an individual contributor position which requires a collaborative, problem solver to leverage both internal and client resources to drive complex deals. :

  • Meet established management business objectives as directed by management

  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle to acquire new clients in established and/or emerging vertical markets

  • Grow revenue in new agencies and/or verticals without existing corporate business

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the competitive landscape and effectively develop and deliver compelling value propositions via written and live sales presentation

  • Track and maintain an accurate pipeline via SF.COM

  • Effectively leverage internal resources (demand generation, sales engineering, etc.) towards the attainment of goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product marketing, product, etc.) to provide marketplace feedback to aid the development of future product enhancements/offerings.

Qualifications for this position include:

Intellectually motivated to solve complex client challenges in the arenas of risk, fraud and compliance.

  • The position requires ten plus years of demonstrated success in selling or managing Fraud, Risk, and Compliance solutions to federal, state and local governments

  • An ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, seasoned sales executive with a strategic mindset and an executive presence capable of helping clients achieve their goals within large complex organizations.

  • Intellectually motivated to solve complex client challenges in the arenas of risk, fraud and compliance with both an aptitude and interest in emerging technology and driving change in the way companies leverage data to improve decision making.

  • Education: BA/BS; MBA desirable
