Senior Account Executive

The Opportunity:

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) collaborates with the departments of eDrive to move work through the agency on behalf of the client. The SAE implements the defined multichannel strategy, and assisting to build omnichannel experiences that creates identified client deliverables. Also, the SAE manages our client relationship through communication regarding current projects.

You Will:

• Conduct the daily management of assigned accounts and internal eDrive team

• Build and manage successful relationships between eDrive and assigned clients

• Facilitate the daily Agency efforts in developing Integrated Marketing Communications on behalf of our client's brand through communication of direction and information within the Agency Team.

• Manage client projects and takes an active role in all disciplines (marketing, creative, media, digital, research, and database) from planning to completion

• Advocate for the client by articulating their needs to the internal team to ensure project objectives are met

• Communicate effectively with Creative to foster concept and job development on straightforward jobs; understand on when consult w/ senior lead is required.

• Write appropriate client documents, including statements of work, project briefs, meeting/conference agendas and reports, change logs.

• Partner with project management to oversee project timing and execution.

• Know and love agency life and understand how to navigate the pharma/healthcare marketplace.

• Can assess daily situations and partner with manager to make decisions based on the impact of many factors such as quality of work, internal team, client timelines.

• Have 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
