About the Opportunity:

The key areas of responsibility are:

  • Direct communication and coordination with key clients, including independent client check-ins and account management, and overseeing day-to-day editorial work programs

  • Robust ownership of client content deliverables and channel strategies, e.g. writing intranet articles, weekly newsletters, and social posts, as well as partnering to develop digital signage and other creative collateral

  • Drafting and/or contributing to major client deliverables, including communications research, communications strategies and plans, new business pitches, measurement reports, and more

  • Supporting senior colleagues in strategic recommendations, as well as the delivery and tactical management of consulting assignments

  • Coaching more junior colleagues; delegating work as necessary and leading task management and staffing responsibilities across various accounts

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • At least two years of relevant experience in organizational communications, change management, culture transformation, employee engagement or internal communications

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in journalism, English, organizational development, human resources, industrial psychology, communications, business administration or a related discipline from an accredited college or university

  • Intricate level of understanding of the account(s), the clients' businesses, products, markets, personnel, etc.

  • Demonstration of superior writing, editing and presentation-development skills; project management skills; and consultative skills (including effective questioning, critical thinking, client management and communication methodology application)
