Position: Senior Account Executive
The Epsilon/Aspen Marketing team is seeking a Senior Account Executive to be part of a talented and hardworking client services team in the development, implementation and assessment of campaigns.
Reporting to an Account Supervisor, the Senior Account Executive will be a primary client contact for assigned campaigns and will manage the daily responsibilities associated with flawlessly delivering Business to Business, direct response marketing programs. This individual will be responsible for working with client contacts to understand marketing program objectives, orchestrate the implementation of campaigns and coordinate reporting metrics for analysis and optimization moving forward.
In order to be successful in this position, the candidate must possess a blend of strategic and tactically-oriented strengths as summarized below.
Curiosity interested in learning about the reasons why a strategy is in place, how a campaign is performing or how a team's processes were derived in order to understand and improve upon the current state.

Self-starter driven to work hard and smart, proactively considering the work assigned to them, the next steps needed to complete or advance that assignment and understanding how that assignment fits into the bigger picture.
Process-driven advocates for the importance of documented and evangelized processes to help provide guideposts to the organization, improve likelihood of accuracy and streamline efforts.
Detail oriented an attention to the details and makes a conscious effort to dig into the root cause behind why something occurs.
Additional requirements for the role:
3 - 5 years highly relevant experience
Business-to-business experience preferred
Familiarity with direct marketing strategy, analytics, and technology
Proven project management, analytical, and problem solving skills
Proven track record for executing complex projects
