Senior Account Director

You Will:

• Use client relationships (and access to client intel) to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

• Be the agency lead in select brand planning processes

• Partner with Project Management Team Leads to ensure teams are set up for success in daily management of your accounts including resource needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor profitability within their respective team and identifying areas to increase efficiencies

• Team development and management

• Mentor and help grow Account Directors, Account Supervisors, Senior Account Executives, and Account Executives

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience managing healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing accounts

• Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications

• Financial management experience required

• Experience with organic growth opportunities or new business opportunities
