The Senior ACA Business Analyst will lead the analysis and improvement of ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes. This role requires a deep understanding of ACA guidelines and operational procedures, including data reconciliation, RCNI/RCNO file handling, and error resolution. The Senior Analyst will work closely with operations, IT, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and efficient enrollment data management.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the analysis of ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with federal guidelines. • Collaborate with IT to design and implement system enhancements that support reconciliation activities. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, including workflows and standard operating procedures. • Analyze reconciliation data to identify discrepancies and work with operations to resolve them. • Serve as a subject matter expert on ACA processes, providing guidance and support to junior analysts and other team members. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on reconciliation activities and outcomes for senior management. Qualifications : • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. • 7 years of experience in ACA business analysis or a similar regulatory environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Extensive knowledge of ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes, including Pre-Audit, RCNI, and RCNO submissions. • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
