We are looking for a highly passionate, talented, independent and creative PPC manager to join our team in San Diego, CA. Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Business, Communication or Online Marketing
  • Google Adwords Certification is a Plus but not required. We value experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Google AdWords management
  • Bing and Facebook Ads management a Plus.
  • Must be passionate about Online Marketing, especially PPC Management
  • Proven track record of managing multiple AdWords clients
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented with stellar communication skills

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and manage PPC bidding strategies and be responsible for the bottom-line success of paid search efforts
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of paid search expenditures and optimize spending based on projected ROI
  • Communicate with clients and internal team on progress and updates of campaigns
  • Manage multiple client and company accounts simultaneously
  • Conduct keyword research with an emphasis on value, competition, and search intent
  • Optimize website pages for conversion
  • Split Test campaigns for better performance
  • Analyze PPC data for optimization opportunities and growth
  • Write keyword focused ad copy for prospective buyers
  • Assess the impact of changes through analytics research
  • Create new content as well as edit existing content for landing pages
