Semiconductor Packaging Materials Development Graduate Intern
As a Semiconductor Packaging Materials Development Graduate Intern you be will work in Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD) Materials group and labs focusing on development of materials for electronic packages.
Specific responsibilities include researching, innovating, and characterizing new material technologies, materials synthesis, sample preparations, data analysis, and completing innovative materials technology proof of concept recommendations.
You also should have a good understanding of the fundamentals of materials/polymers, processing, and structure-property relationships.
