Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and Lead Scope, Schedule budget for all projects assigned.

  • Determine feasibility of project scopes, resolve problems based on technical inputs, business goals and develop new scope and path forward based on new requirements, changes and current industry standards

  • Engage local government to ensure all compliance are met and key partnerships formed and maintained.

  • Ensure design and the construction activities follow and meet all jurisdictional requirements and code.

  • Coordinate and manage all local, state and federal jurisdiction permits when required or applicable

  • Apply sound engineering and business principles that aligns with ASM's core values and philosophies to provide support for development and application of tool sets for semiconductor industry

  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure projects meets the needs of the business

  • Instill teamwork, satisfy internal customer requirements and maintain schedules while following budgetary guidelines and constraints

  • Manage and maintain business relationships with the external contractors including A&E firms, GCs and subcontractors.

  • Hold and participate in design reviews when applicable for programs and projects in flight while ensuring all requirements and scopes desired by ASM are conveyed to the right contractors and support groups

  • Responsible for escalating any issues as they rise and work with all team members to craft and execute a resolution

  • Uphold and maintain building/facility protocol policies and procedures, upkeep, good housekeeping and controls for Class 1, 10, 100, 1000 and 10,000 Cleanrooms. This includes but not limited to sustaining operations, lab projects, building projects, and other coordination as needed

  • Provide direction, procedures, means and methods for semiconductor tool installation and associated support equipment; fit up and hook up.

  • Collaborate with EHS department on EHS upgrades and defined projects and task as assigned

  • Provide support to various operation areas to maintain production requirements and productivity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree construction management or PMP certified

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment industry

  • 5+ years in a project management capacity

Requirements:

  • MEP and CSA Construction Experience including Semiconductor R&D and/or HVM building, from investment plan, design, construction and operations.

  • Semiconductor tool installation fit up and hook up experience a must.

  • Experience in dealing with governmental and local authorities in similar construction projects

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and drive for key decisions to drive the project forward

  • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment that is outcome and results-driven

  • Excellent reporting skills (verbal and written)

  • Fluent in English.
