Internal and external communications and media planning functions (strategy development/implementation/analysis/reporting).
The SEM Manager will plan, design and execute paid search marketing campaigns to support various businesses goals and objectives.
Assist with providing the SEM piece of the monthly reporting given for many campaigns.
Drive data-driven decisions around what optimizations to make, bid strategy, what new tactics to try and, many other decisions.
Checking in on multiple campaigns daily, adjusting bids as well as monthly and fiscal year budget management.
All SEM reporting, ultimately use these reports to recommend what optimizations to make to increase conversions.
You will need to continuously test and drive towards positive results for the KPIs of various campaigns.
Proactively explore and test new campaign types, tactics and strategies to create a system of continual optimization and improvement.
Have a passion for paid search and stay on top of new trends and offerings and help communicate them to the client.
Providing POVs as needed when requested by clients
Maintain a service oriented mind-set with all clients and vendors both on the phone and during face to face meetings.
What the ideal candidate needs for this position:
Knowledge of how to setting up conversion pixels and goals is required.
Previous experience working directly with clients.
3+ years of SEM experience
Excellent negotiation skills
Outstanding writing and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Outstanding research skills
HIGHLY organized and detail oriented
